Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using ChannelzIQ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ChannelzIQ is operated by ChannelzIQ, a sole proprietorship based in the State of Illinois, United States ("ChannelzIQ," "we," "our," or "us").

2. The Service

ChannelzIQ is a software-as-a-service platform that helps YouTube content creators plan, create, publish, and analyze content. The Service provides AI-assisted writing tools, performance analytics, keyword research, multi-platform publishing, and related features. We continually develop and improve the Service, so the features available may change over time.

3. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ChannelzIQ. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and billing

ChannelzIQ offers two paid subscription plans, Solo and Creator. Current plan options and pricing are displayed on our website. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor Stripe) to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Evaluation. A new account may try the full Solo plan for 14 days with 5,000 one-time Cue tokens. No card is required and you will not be charged automatically. The evaluation starts the first time you sign in with your invite, is available once per person and account, and cannot be extended. At the end you may choose Solo or Creator to keep working; if you do not subscribe, your account becomes read-only.
  • Read-only access. A read-only account can sign in, view and export its stored data, subscribe to Solo or Creator, and delete the account. It cannot run AI features, sync or import data, publish, schedule, reply, upload, connect platforms or create or change content, and work queued before the account became read-only does not run.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. After that your account becomes read-only, unless you chose to close it.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except for the annual-plan refund window described in our Plans & Cancellation Policy (which starts at the annual charge) or as required by applicable law.
  • We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active customers. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.
  • If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and may suspend your access until payment is restored. After 14 days of non-payment, we may close your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use ChannelzIQ to:

  • Generate or publish content that violates YouTube's, Facebook's, Instagram's, TikTok's, or any connected platform's terms of service.
  • Generate or publish content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to our systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate spam, fake reviews, fake engagement, or otherwise to deceive or manipulate other users of YouTube or connected platforms.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, monitor, or extract data from the Service beyond what's exposed through any official API we may publish.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account at our discretion.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate inside ChannelzIQ ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not use Your Content to train AI models.

7. AI-generated content

ChannelzIQ includes AI-assisted features powered by Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated suggestions are starting points for your work, not finished output. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.

We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, current, original, or fit for any particular purpose. Large language models can produce factual errors, biased output, or content that resembles existing copyrighted works. You bear full responsibility for the content you publish.

8. Connected services

You may choose to connect third-party services (YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and any other platform shown as available in the product) to ChannelzIQ. Your use of those services is governed by each service's own terms. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of any third-party service. If a third-party service changes its API, pricing, or terms in a way that affects ChannelzIQ functionality, we will do our best to adapt but we cannot guarantee continued availability of any specific third-party integration.

9. No professional advice

ChannelzIQ provides tools and information to help you make decisions about your content strategy, but nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, business, or other professional advice. Always consult appropriate professionals before making material business decisions.

10. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may schedule downtime for maintenance, and unscheduled outages may occur. We do not offer a service-level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee with the standard subscription plans.

11. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, you remain responsible for any unpaid fees, and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL IMPROVE YOUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL'S PERFORMANCE, RANKING, OR REVENUE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CHANNELZIQ BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ChannelzIQ harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Cook County, Illinois, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against ChannelzIQ.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the Service a reasonable time before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
