By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using ChannelzIQ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ChannelzIQ is operated by ChannelzIQ, a sole proprietorship based in the State of Illinois, United States ("ChannelzIQ," "we," "our," or "us").
ChannelzIQ is a software-as-a-service platform that helps YouTube content creators plan, create, publish, and analyze content. The Service provides AI-assisted writing tools, performance analytics, keyword research, multi-platform publishing, and related features. We continually develop and improve the Service, so the features available may change over time.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ChannelzIQ. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
ChannelzIQ offers paid subscription plans. Current plan options and pricing are displayed on our website. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor Stripe) to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You agree NOT to use ChannelzIQ to:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account at our discretion.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate inside ChannelzIQ ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not use Your Content to train AI models.
ChannelzIQ includes AI-assisted features powered by Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated suggestions are starting points for your work, not finished output. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.
We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, current, original, or fit for any particular purpose. Large language models can produce factual errors, biased output, or content that resembles existing copyrighted works. You bear full responsibility for the content you publish.
You may choose to connect third-party services (YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdSense, Google Ads, WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to ChannelzIQ. Your use of those services is governed by each service's own terms. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of any third-party service. If a third-party service changes its API, pricing, or terms in a way that affects ChannelzIQ functionality, we will do our best to adapt but we cannot guarantee continued availability of any specific third-party integration.
ChannelzIQ provides tools and information to help you make decisions about your content strategy, but nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, business, or other professional advice. Always consult appropriate professionals before making material business decisions.
We work to keep the Service available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may schedule downtime for maintenance, and unscheduled outages may occur. We do not offer a service-level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee with the standard subscription plans.
You may stop using and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, you remain responsible for any unpaid fees, and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL IMPROVE YOUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL'S PERFORMANCE, RANKING, OR REVENUE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CHANNELZIQ BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold ChannelzIQ harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Cook County, Illinois, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against ChannelzIQ.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will email all active customers at least 14 days before the change takes effect and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
