Refund Policy

At Channelziq, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for paid subscriptions.

1. 30-Day Refund Window

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time subscribers to any paid plan (monthly or annual).
  • The initial subscription payment only.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to billing@channelziq.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include the email address associated with your Channelziq account.
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve).

We will process your refund request within 5 business days of receiving it. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

3. Refund for Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 30-day refund guarantee applies to the full annual payment. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund of the annual subscription fee.

After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. Renewal Refunds

For subscription renewals (both monthly and annual), refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the renewal charge date. If you did not intend to renew, we recommend canceling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

5. Exclusions

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts that have been terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Requests made after the applicable refund window has expired.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions where the terms of the promotion explicitly exclude refunds.
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are different actions:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund: Returns the payment for the current billing period. Your access to paid features will be revoked upon refund approval.

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, please contact us at billing@channelziq.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and delays in resolving the dispute.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Changes will not apply retroactively to existing refund requests.
