Refund Policy

At ChannelzIQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for paid subscriptions.

Plans & Cancellation Policy

Free plan

Our Free plan is free forever. No credit card, no charge — ever. Use it as long as you like.

Paid plans

When you upgrade to a paid plan, your card is charged immediately and your plan starts right away. There is no free trial. Paid plans renew automatically — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — until you cancel. We'll remind you by email before any annual renewal, and we'll give you advance notice before any price change.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel from your account settings whenever you want. When you start a cancellation, we'll ask whether you'd like to downgrade to the Free plan or close your account entirely. What happens next depends on your plan:

  • Monthly plan: Your renewal is canceled. You keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for. No refund is issued for the remainder of the month.
  • Annual plan, within 14 days of your charge: We issue a full refund and your paid access ends right away.
  • Annual plan, after 14 days: Your renewal is canceled. You keep full access until the end of the year you've already paid for. No refund is issued for the remaining time.

What "downgrade" vs. "close" means

Downgrade to Free: when your paid access ends, your account moves to the Free plan and your work stays intact. Close your account: your account is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period during which you can reactivate. After that, your account is closed and your personal data is removed. We retain a limited billing and consent record where the law requires us to.

Change your mind

Any time before your access ends — and during the 30-day grace period after choosing to close — you can reactivate with one click.

No refunds for unused time

Except for the 14-day annual window above, payments are final once processed. We don't prorate or refund unused time.

Charged in error? Email support@channelziq.com and we'll make it right.

1. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are issued only in the situations described above — an annual plan canceled within 14 days of its charge, a billing error, or at our discretion. To request one:

  1. Email support@channelziq.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include the email address associated with your ChannelzIQ account.
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your request (optional, but helpful).

We will review your request within 5 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

2. Exclusions

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts that have been terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Unused time on monthly plans, or on annual plans after the 14-day window.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions where the terms of the promotion explicitly exclude refunds.
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are different actions:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period — except an annual plan refunded within 14 days, where access ends right away.
  • Refund: Issued only in the situations described in this policy. When a refund is issued, access to paid features ends and your account returns to the Free plan — or is closed, if you chose that.

4. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@channelziq.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and delays in resolving the dispute.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and do not apply retroactively to existing refund requests.
