Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
ChannelzIQ does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We never have. There is no advertising network in this product, no data broker relationship, and nothing in our business model that depends on either.
You still get this control, and this page still exists. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act the right is to be able to opt out — not to be told that opting out is unnecessary. Recording your preference now means that if anything about the above ever changes, your choice is already in force rather than something you would have to make again.
How to exercise it
Sign in and open Settings → Data & Privacy. The “Do not sell or share my personal information” switch is there, it takes effect immediately, and you can turn it off again at any time.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as this request and switch it on for you. While GPC is on, the switch shows as on and is locked — turn GPC off in your browser if you want to change it here.

Your other rights, and where they live
These are controls in the product, not requests to an inbox:
- Access / portability — Settings → Data & Privacy → Export All My Data (ZIP). One spreadsheet per kind of record, covering everything we hold for your organization.
- Correction — Settings → Profile for your name and email; Settings → Organization for your organization's details; each connected account is corrected by reconnecting it in Settings → Connected Accounts.
- Deletion — Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete my account, or read what deletion does first. There is a 30-day grace period, then erasure.
- Cookies — clear this site's data in your browser and the banner asks again; see the Cookie Policy. There is no preferences link on this site, so we no longer point you at one.
If a control here does not work for you, write to support@channelziq.com and we will action it by hand. That is the fallback, not the mechanism.
