This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Channelziq platform and services. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using Channelziq, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Acceptable Use
Channelziq is designed to help content creators manage, optimize, and grow their presence across multiple platforms. You may use the Service for:
- Managing your social media accounts and content across connected platforms.
- Using AI-powered tools to draft, optimize, and schedule content.
- Analyzing your audience, engagement, and growth metrics.
- Responding to comments and messages through the unified inbox.
- Collaborating with team members on content creation and management.
- Any other lawful purpose consistent with the intended use of the Service.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following:
2.1 Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Fraud, identity theft, phishing, or other deceptive practices.
- Money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions evasion.
- Distribution of illegal substances or contraband.
2.2 Harmful Content
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats directed at individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Sexually explicit content involving minors (child sexual abuse material, or CSAM).
- Content that exploits or endangers children in any way.
- Doxxing or sharing private personal information without consent.
2.3 Spam and Abuse
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or automated communications through the Service.
- Using the Service to artificially inflate engagement metrics (fake likes, follows, views, or comments).
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating other individuals or organizations.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools in ways that violate the terms of connected platforms.
- Participating in engagement pods, follow-for-follow schemes, or similar manipulation tactics through the Service.
2.4 Intellectual Property Violations
- Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
- Using copyrighted music, images, or video clips without proper licensing or authorization through the Service.
- Removing or altering copyright notices, watermarks, or digital rights management information.
- Using AI-generated content in a way that misrepresents its origin or violates the rights of others.
2.5 Technical Abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or connected systems.
- Introducing malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code.
- Engaging in denial-of-service attacks or other actions that disrupt the Service.
- Scraping, data mining, or extracting data from the Service beyond what is permitted by your subscription plan.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service.
- Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
3. Content Guidelines for Creators
As a platform built for content creators, we have specific guidelines regarding content managed through Channelziq:
3.1 Music and Audio
- You are responsible for ensuring you have proper licenses for any music or audio content you manage through the Service.
- Channelziq does not grant any music licensing rights. Using the Service to schedule or publish content with unlicensed music is a violation of this AUP.
- AI-generated content suggestions may reference trending audio; you must verify licensing before use.
3.2 Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships
- You must comply with FTC guidelines and applicable advertising disclosure laws when using the Service to manage sponsored content.
- Properly disclose all material connections and sponsorships in content published through the Service.
3.3 Platform Compliance
- You must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of all platforms connected to your Channelziq account.
- Channelziq is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.
- If a connected platform notifies us that your use violates their policies, we may be required to restrict your access.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP. Actions may include:
- Warning: Issuing a written warning for minor or first-time violations.
- Content Removal: Removing or disabling access to content that violates this AUP.
- Feature Restriction: Temporarily restricting access to certain features.
- Account Suspension: Temporarily suspending your account.
- Account Termination: Permanently terminating your account for severe or repeated violations.
- Legal Action: Pursuing legal remedies where appropriate.
- Reporting: Reporting violations to law enforcement or relevant authorities when required or appropriate.
The severity of our response will be proportional to the nature and severity of the violation. We will endeavor to provide notice before taking action, except where doing so would compromise safety or an investigation.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately:

Please include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, the user or content involved, and any supporting evidence. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
We will not retaliate against anyone who reports a violation in good faith.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
