After signing in to go.channelziq.com, open Settings → Connected Accounts and click "Connect YouTube." You'll sign in with the Google account that owns the channel and grant ChannelzIQ read + content-management permissions. Brand accounts are supported.

Add ChannelzIQ as a custom (remote MCP) connector in an assistant that supports them. There is nothing to install and no key to copy.

1. In your assistant’s connector settings, choose to add a custom connector.
2. Name it ChannelzIQ and paste this URL, including the /mcp at the end: https://mcp.channelziq.com/mcp
3. Connect. A ChannelzIQ window opens: sign in with your ChannelzIQ account if asked, click Continue, then Allow access.
4. In a chat, make sure the ChannelzIQ connector is switched on.

Your assistant can then read your analytics, videos, retention, calendar and inbox, and draft ideas, scripts and replies, with the actions your plan includes. A read-only account can only read its stored data. To disconnect, revoke the connection in ChannelzIQ under Settings → Connected Accounts. See the MCP feature detail.

New options not showing after an update? Assistants keep their own copy of ChannelzIQ’s options and can use an earlier copy for a few hours after we update, and a chat keeps the copy it started with. Start a new chat; if something is still missing a few hours later, disconnect the connector in your assistant and connect it again.

ChatGPT connects through its Developer mode, which needs a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu) and is set up on chatgpt.com in a browser. On Business and Enterprise, a workspace admin has to allow Developer mode first.

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
2. Back in Apps, click Create. Name it ChannelzIQ, paste this URL as the MCP server URL: https://mcp.channelziq.com/mcp, choose OAuth for authentication, confirm ChatGPT's notice about custom apps, and click Create.
3. A ChannelzIQ window opens: sign in with your ChannelzIQ account if asked, click Continue, then Allow access.
4. In a chat, open the + menu, choose Developer mode and select ChannelzIQ.

ChatGPT asks you to confirm before ChannelzIQ changes or publishes anything. What it can do depends on your ChannelzIQ plan, as with any compatible AI assistant. A read-only account can only read its stored data. ChatGPT moves these menus from time to time; if you can't find Developer mode under Apps, look under Settings → Connectors. To disconnect, revoke the connection in ChannelzIQ under Settings → Connected Accounts → AI assistants (MCP), which lists every connected assistant.

Yes. Open Settings → Billing and click "Cancel subscription." You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period; after that the account becomes read-only (view and export your work, choose a plan, or delete the account) unless you chose to close it. Try the full Solo plan for 14 days with 5,000 one-time Cue tokens. No card is required and you will not be charged automatically. At the end, choose Solo or Creator to keep working. If you do not subscribe, your account becomes read-only so you can view or export your work or delete the account. A read-only account can still sign in, see its stored data, export it, choose Solo or Creator, or delete the account; nothing else runs, including scheduled posts and AI features. We use Anthropic's Claude models. API requests are scoped to your account and Anthropic's commercial terms prohibit them from training models on your content. See our Privacy Policy Section 4 for details.

Yes. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, all connections use TLS 1.2+, and YouTube-derived data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days per Google's YouTube API policies. Visit our Security page for full details.

Yes. While YouTube is our deepest integration, we also support publishing and analytics for Facebook, Instagram and WordPress blogs. TikTok BETA is available to select creators while TikTok’s review of our app is pending.

A red "reconnect required" status means the platform stopped accepting our access, usually after a password change, a revoked permission or an expired token; nothing of yours is deleted. Open Settings → Connected Accounts and click Reconnect on that account, approving the same account that owns the channel. If Google answers "Service unavailable," try again from a private (incognito) window.

The failed row shows the platform's own error message, and nothing went out on that platform; fix the cause (most often a reconnect or a missing Instagram caption) and publish again. Instagram posts cannot be edited or deleted once they are live, because Instagram's API does not allow it, so change or remove them in the Instagram app. Facebook posts and YouTube videos can be edited and deleted.

Solo includes 1,000,000 and Creator 2,000,000 Cue tokens a month. Included tokens reset every month on the subscription's anniversary date (the day it started; a subscription that started on the 31st resets on the last day of shorter months), also on annual plans, and unused included tokens don't roll over. The 14-day Solo evaluation instead has 5,000 one-time Cue tokens that do not reset monthly. "Insufficient tokens" means the action needs more than you have left. On a paid Solo or Creator subscription you can buy a token pack from the studio header; included tokens are used first, and purchased tokens never expire. If you cancel, purchased tokens stay in your account and can be used again when you reactivate a paid plan. Token packs are not available during the evaluation or on a read-only account; when the evaluation's tokens run out, choose Solo or Creator to keep using AI features.
